Recycling Gadgets I Have Been Berated On A Previous Question For Not Recycling Plastic?

Can someone tell me where the plastic that the Council refuses to collect, to recycle, we have nowhere else to take.
I buy as little as possible, without film, but inevitably there are some, usually with gadgets and stuff. We have no market where I can fine Get Fresh Fruits n Vegetables in paper bags, just a manky old Barrow Boy sell things not overnight stay outside, so I do my shopping at Tesco, and with a budget that I decided the cheapest is usually involved.
I really want to recycle as much as possible.
