Can I apply for loan mod on FHA Secure loan? - fha secure initiative
I have a mortgage FHA Secure, which makes me 6 months, when I called to switch JPMorgan Chase, said that may not be considered because I loans of less than 1 years and still have 6 months before applying for a change?
Is that correct? Is that true? I need help do not change it now, 6 months from now.

Yes, indeed. If you do not like the mortgage in the first place, why do not you? That will not change unless someone is dead, and the chances you get a change in one year is rather low. There must be a significant change between the time you signed the documents and requests for changes.
